68 Haight

Blackrock Concrete performed structural concrete work at the church located at 68 Haight Street in San Francisco. The scope included full building shoring to facilitate major structural upgrades. Key components of the work included the installation of a new property line footing and cast-in-place retaining wall along the shared boundary with the adjacent 78 Haight development, as well as the construction of new interior shear walls and reinforced concrete footings to enhance the building’s lateral and vertical load capacity.
