St Brendan Seismic

Blackrock Concrete completed seismic strengthening and accessibility upgrades at St. Brendan Parish School in San Francisco, including the installation of cast-in-place shear walls, concrete lift walls, and an ADA-compliant ramp. All structural work was performed with sensitivity to the building’s historic architecture. Operating within a tight three-month schedule, the team coordinated closely with on-site summer camp operations to mitigate disruptions. The project was delivered on time, ensuring seismic code compliance and full accessibility in advance of the academic year.
